Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum 2015 is Symposiums 10th event of the year, and is offering individuals within the industry the chance to uncover both the strategic and practical elements of implementing wellness programmes. We can now announce that the head of marketing for Unum, Tim Jackson will be delivering a session at this years’ forum.
Tim is currently running Unum’s campaign to raise awareness of Income Protection amongst the UK’s employees and employers.
Before joining Unum in 2011, Tim was a senior planner for integrated agency, chemistry communications, working on accounts such a Baileys’ eRM, digital and social activity. Tim has also worked for Diageo in both marketing and finance roles.
During his session, Tim will be discussing the benefits for employers and employees of taking proactive positions.
Other sessions will also take a look at; awareness and strategies to tackle mental health difficulties; ensuring the longevity of wellness programmes; and getting top level engagement and building traction outside of HR.
