As many of you know the shared parental leave legislation is due to come to force in April 2015 giving parents the option to flexibly share paternity and maternity leave. Legal experts have warned that the new rules look complicated for both employers and employees.
Parents whose babies are due to be born on or after 5th April 2015 could be eligible, this means that the first wave of parents to take this option are already expecting.
We want to help employers and employees understand the implications of this new legislation. We are looking for employers that have already started implementing shared parental leave or additional paternity leave who are willing to share their experiences and the impact it has had on their organisations.
