The Employee Engagement Summit 2016 on the 10th March at the Kensington Close Hotel, London will feature a session from Interfleet’s Kieran Grundy.
Kieran is a group HR business partner within SNC-Lavalin (formally known as Interfleet). SNC-Lavalin is one of the largest engineering and construction groups in the world. Kieran has worked with businesses of all sizes including many global businesses in the manufacturing, engineering and consultancy industries.
Prior to his current role, he held the UK HR manager role in SNC-Lavalin as well as working in operational roles for both Rolls Royce Plc and Johnson Controls Inc. Kieran is a chartered member of CIPD, and also acts as SNC-Lavalin’s HR director for European HR Shared Services. His recent work has won several awards both for engagement and benefits projects implemented to the business.
Kieran’s presentation will be looking at leadership and engagement and will be covering:
