Senior recruitment professional Jon Hull, from construction and services giant Carillion, will be speaking at this year’s Innovation in Recruitment Summit in London in September. He will be addressing delegates on workforce planning and talent pooling, sharing his insights on raising an organisation’s employer brand, creating skill-specific talent pools, utilising networks to increase the talent pipeline, and embedding diversity into the recruitment process.
Jon has spent over twenty years in recruitment across agency , RPO and in-house roles including globally focused roles in investment banking, professional Services, distribution and business services. He is currently Group Head of Resourcing at construction and services giant Carillion and is passionate about improving diversity and developing an an insight led, data driven in-house function that transforms how companies look at talent. In his spare time away from recruitment he runs marathons!
