The Employee Engagement Summit 2016 is on the 10th March at the Kensington Close Hotel, London. We now have a new speaker announcement, co-author of ‘MacLeod Report’ David MacLeod, OBE will be joining us on the day.
David is co-chair of the Employee Engagement Task Force launched by the Prime Minister at Number 10 in 2011. He is a visiting professor of the Cass Business School, a fellow of the Ashridge Business School, the Institute of Marketing and of the RSA.
He also co-authored the ‘Engaging for Success Report’ commissioned by the department of business, innovation and skills, described by the CMI as the definitive work on this subject. David was awarded an OBE for services to employee engagement and business in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2013.
In his session, David will look at current and future trends in employee engagement and will reveal:
- What are the underlying causes of all this focus on employee engagement
- Is the topic likely to fade away or grow in importance in the future
- What is the focus, now and in the future, for the engage for success movement?
- How do you better engage your people?
Other sessions on the day will take a look at: retaining top talent through engagement; employee benefits; enterprise social networking; tips on employee engagement; and driving employee engagement through coaching.
