James is the Director of HR Solutions Effectiveness at Thomson Reuters. He has over 15 years’ experience primarily in the HR technology space and has recently “joined the dark side” by moving from IT to the HR function. At Thomson Reuters James has been trying to re-imagine work and is currently working on: the enterprise employee value proposition, talent for the masses – “right peg, right hole” and fundamentally changing how performance management is perceived and run.
