In the light of the most recent Deloitte 2015 Human Capital Trends report, it was revealed that 75 percent of companies believe that using people analytics is important, but just eight percent believe their organisation is strong in this area.
This event will help you get up-to-speed on HR analytics.
The conference features case studies about HR analytics from practiced HR professionals that demonstrate the link between metrics and the bottom line.
If you believe HR analytics can be a critical tool to help your organisation complete its mission, this event is for you!
