Overview

This brand new short form training webinar has been designed to help HR and business owners ensure their staff remain engaged and motivated during challenging times - and will be available on demand from 1st December 2020.

2020 has been a chaotic year for work, and with many offices still working from home it is now more important than ever to review engagement strategies and make sure they are fit for purpose in a post-normal world. This two hour seminar has been tailor made to to review the challenges remote working has shown, explore thought leadership and best practice for engagement and to highlight and counter disruptors and demotivators.

Unlike our longer training seminar days, this has been designed to be a shorter, more personal look into the world of engagement, will broadcast live and then will be available on demand.

As well as reviewing current challenges and best practice, the training webinar will also look forward: providing research and best practice for ensuring engagement levels remain high in the future with staff working in the Hybrid World.

Find out more about the seminar below or book your ticket now to ensure you have the tools to keep your workforce engaged during current and future uncertain times.
