The Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum 2015 is just around the corner and we can now report that ARUP’s Evan Davidge will be amongst those speaking at the event.
Evan is the head or reward, UK wellbeing project leader at ARUP. His experience has been largely gained through the armed forces, financial services, central government and professional services; which has given him a breadth of experience allowing him to specialise in total reward and employee benefit solutions.
As a retained consultant at ARUP, acting as UKMEA Head of Reward, and also specialist thought leader globally, he has led the design and implementation of a multi-award-winning healthcare programme.
In his session at the Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum 2015, Evan will be exploring the practical implications of introducing a wellbeing culture within an organisation; and will be addressing the following points:
- Looking at the why and how.
- Making sure it’s sustainable.
- Changing the organisation culture.
- Measuring the results.
On the day we will also be looking at improving the quality of working life, and development and implementation of successful wellbeing programmes. The Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum will enable you to uncover the best strategic and practical elements to implement a wellness programme in your organisation.
