The third annual Successful HR Business Partnering Conference 2015, on 10 November at the Kensington Close Hotel, London is currently being compiled. This week we can announce that we have a new expert speaker, Diane Thornhill from Arup.

Diane is the HR director for UKMEA in Arup and with over 28 years of experience within HR, she has worked across four different sectors: financial services, retail, manufacturing and professional services.

For the last twelve years Diane has journey from senior business partner, to HR sector leader, to region director in Arup. She firmly believes that partnering with a business can help to deliver real organisational values.

Diane will cover the following in her session:

  • The journey of change; repositioning against a changing economy
  • Responding to growth
  • Increasing the level of connection with the business
  • Ensuring HR are visionary and innovative
