This week we are delighted to tell you more about Elaine Mahon, who will be speaking at the highly anticipated Mission Critical HR Analytics 2018 conference.
Having completed a Masters in Occupational Psychology and gaining a CIPD accreditation, Elaine has gone from strength to strength in the field of HR and Analytics – specialising in applying psychological theory to practice.
In her current role as Head of People Analytics at the Office for National Statistics, Elaine leads a team that conducts advanced analysis of internal people data which is paving the road to enhanced decision making. The team undertakes predictive analysis on a range of people factors such as employee engagement, performance, attendance and more to inform predictive interventions that enable a more focussed leadership: particularly during times of change.
Passionate about the development of people within organisations, Elaine has experience working in the healthcare sector and in the capacity of an HR professional and was recently shortlisted in the CIPD People Management Awards 2018 for Best Digital Initiative in HR / Learning Development.
At Mission Critical HR Analytics 2018, Elaine will be exploring how to create a culture of curiosity around analytics, and how to use predictive analytics to deliver actionable and relevant insights including:
