Our meetings for charity scheme uses our events to support worthwhile causes in London and the UK. Find out how much we've raised and how you can get involved.
Last month (18th September), we hosted the eighth annual Innovation in Recruitment Summit at the Hilton, Canary Wharf and we wanted give you a little update on our meetings4charity scheme.
At our events we now offer to arrange meetings for delegates who may be interested in talking to suppliers to find solutions to the problems they face. We have partnered with selected charities, offering to make a donation on our delegates’ behalf for each meeting we arrange between them and our exhibition partners. It’s a great way to both add value for our partners and delegates and support some fantastic causes.
At the summit in September, the scheme raised another £50 for charities! Two charities will benefit from donations – £25 for Centre Point, £25 for Mind.
The scheme was launched in Spring 2014 and was run for the third time at the Innovation in Recruitment Conference. In spite of the scheme’s implementation being very much in the early stages, we have already begun to see some encouraging results. Total funds raised so far can be seen below:
