We are delighted to announce that renowned stress author, psychotherapist and ISMA Vice President, Ann McCracken will be speaking at November's wellbeing and stress conference.
Ann is an experienced and highly successful scientist, educationalist, speaker, writer, trainer, coach and therapist. She specialises in developing positive and resilient work cultures in organisations through
effective performance and wellbeing strategies.
Ann is the current vice-president and former chair of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA), a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Biology, and has previously held a number of training seminars with Symposium Events.
At the 2018 Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum, Ann will be presenting a talk on how organisational stress risk assessments can be used to detect ‘stress injury’ including points on:
- The benefits of an organisational stress risk assessment
- Defining and understanding the term ‘stress injury’
- Key approaches to reduce ‘stress injury’
Ann joins a roster of speakers from leading organisations including the British Council, Hays, the Stress Management Society, Nuffield Health, War Child, the Bank of England and more who will be discussing a range of challenges and solutions facing the world of workplace wellbeing and stress.
