Cagatay Guney, Co-Founder and CEO, Peoplise 

Cagatay is the CEO of the team at Peoplise.

Cagatay is a Human Resources and Organisation Development professional with more than 20 years of experience, both as a manager in and as an external consultant to several Fortune 500 companies in the USA, Canada and Turkey.

He specialises in organisational structure, strategic planning, talent management and workforce planning. Prior to co-founding Peoplise, he has worked for Deloitte Turkey as Director of HR, for Toyota Turkey as Director of HR and Ford Motor Company as North American, Regional Workforce Readiness Manager.

Cagatay holds an MSc Degree from the Master or Organization Development Programme at Bowling Green State University. He holds a BSc degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Middle East Technical University.

He served as a member of the State of Illinois Workforce Investment Board and Employment Committee of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD).

 

Jeff Lovejoy, UK & Ireland Recruitment Manager, FDM

Jeff Lovejoy has been working within the graduate recruitment market for the last 7 years beginning at Enterprise Rent A Car to his current role with FDM Group as the UK & Ireland Recruitment Manager.  

FDM is the largest IT graduate recruiter in the UK. Jeff leads a team that recruits around 1000 graduates per year; in 2016, they received over 55,000 applications in the UK alone.

He is passionate about supporting graduates in their search for careers and speaks regularly on such topics as diversity and inclusion in technology, career advice and personal branding at conferences and events around the UK.

Jon Dawson, Director of Human Resources, Mandarin Oriental 

Jon has held a variety of hotel human resources positions within the hotel sector and is the Director of Human Resources for the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London Hotel & Residences that is currently undertaking a multi-million renovation of the entire property due for completion in late 2018.

Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental in 2016 Jon worked for the luxury lifestyle brand EDITION where he assumed the role of opening HR Director for The London EDITION property and was instrumental in the opening of the hotel in 2013 and the creation of the EDITION employer brand that lives strong to this date. As well as leading the HR team in London Jon also played a strategic role in working alongside the EDITION global brand team in New York driving new initiatives within the HR field and supporting the on-property HR teams in the openings of the Miami Beach and the New York EDITION properties in 2014 and 2015.

In 2010 Jon successfully held the role of opening Director of Human Resources for The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, London which at that time was one of the most anticipated hotel openings within Marriott International. As a Charted Fellow of the CIPD he is also a committee member of the UKs HR in Hospitality organization.

 
   

Richard Collins, Chief Executive, ClickIQ

Richard is a successful serial Entrepreneur with over 22 years of working within the Online Recruitment and Digital Media industries. He's spent most of his career dedicated to using technology and the internet to revolutionise the recruitment marketing Industry.

Richard’s experience covers many areas of the online recruitment industry from job boards, as Managing Director of JobSite and a network of niche boards; within a recruitment consultancy as Head of Digital Marketing; and establishing the largest agency buyer of online advertising and Search Engine Marketing, which he later sold to WPP.

The use of Artificial Intelligence, combined with the emergence of Job Board search engines (aggregators), and the move to buying job advertising on a performance basis is game changing. No doubt it will have a profound effect on how we all recruit, as well as the structure of the industry we work in. Richard has dusted off his soap box, and is looking forward to spreading the word of how recruiters can use these changes to revolutionise their success.
