Normally we email all attendees to notify them when the documentation is available online about one week before the event. We include account set up instructions and the Coupon Code with that email.

Generally coffee and light refreshments are available on arrival and at tea and coffee breaks throughout the day. The times of these are made clear in the event programme.
Lunch is served on full day events. We arrange a buffet with a selection of options to accommodate different dietary requirements, but if you have specific needs please feel free add this on the ‘additional information’ section of the online booking for or to email us. Contact us here.
If you have been sent a discount or special offer ‘coupon code’ this can be entered in the shopping cart while booking and your discount will be applied to your purchase.
Don’t worry. You don’t need the ‘ticket’, it’s just produced by the booking software to confirm the order.
If you added delegate details on the booking form when you completed your order or told us by phone or email the names of the attendees, these people will be registered and do not need to bring the ‘ticket’.

Changes are sometimes needed due to circumstances beyond our control such as trainers being ill, poor weather and so on. In the very rare circumstances that we need to change the date for an event we will automatically offer you a place on the next available event date. If this is not suitable for you we will refund your booking fee.
We cannot accept liability for travel and accommodation costs and strongly advise you not to book cheap ‘non-refundable / no change’ tickets and to check your insurance covers travel and accommodation in these circumstances.

- Cancellations can be made up to one month before the event. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will be subject to a cancellation charge of £100 + VAT.
- Cancellations at less than one month from the event date are be subject to full payment.

CHAIR - Jane Campbell, Head of Student Careers, University of Leeds
Jane Campbell is the Head of Student Careers at the University of Leeds, a post she has held for the last two and a half years. She is a careers guidance professional with over 25 years' experience in various sectors including higher education, further education, adult education and schools.
She spent over 20 years working with young people latterly as a director of a company providing careers information, advice and guidance to 13-25 year olds in Bradford. Before moving to her current post Jane worked for the Open University managing student services in the Leeds office. Since becoming Head of Student Careers in Leeds, Jane has led on developing faculty based teams, a new set of KPIs for employability and student mentoring.
She is currently working with local employers to encourage students to think about the opportunities available in the region after graduation.
Jane Clark - Director, Group Head of Graduate Resourcing and Development, Barclays
Jane is the Group Head of Graduate Resourcing and Development at Barclays. She is responsible for driving strategic plans to attract, develop and retain best-in-class junior talent. This involves developing and driving change in specific objectives to include candidate relationship management, strategy development, workforce planning, talent management, employer brand strategies and diversity.
Jane has spent the last twenty years working in a variety of roles within the global investment banking industry with companies such as Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lymch. Jane is a member of Universum's Global Advisory Board, a member of the Employer Advisory Board for the University of Birmingham, a member of the Sutton Trust's Education Advisory group and was recently appointed onto the Board of First Story.
Benjamin Jackson, Head of Student Recruitment, Deloitte
Benjamin has worked in recruitment for 17 years with a broad mix of in-house (Motorola, Hays, Capita, Service Innovation Group) and RPO experience. He was a board director of one of the UK's leading student recruitment outsourcing businesses for six years, before setting up his own consultancy business, TalentPunk, in 2014.
He has helped more than 40 businesses set up, run and optimise their student recruitment functions, and is currently Interim Head of Student Recruitment for Deloitte, where his team is responsible for hiring more than 1,800 students and graduates every year for multiple programmes across the UK.
Benjamin is a self confessed data geek and is a regular trainer at Symposium training days.
Tapuwa Mtutu, Talent Acquisition and Campus Hiring Specialist, Dell
Tapuwa Mtutu has been with Dell EMC for 4 and a half years, where she came to head up the Graduate Recruiting function in EMEA. This included launching Dell EMC's brand at target universities across EMEA and bringing the international graduate schemes into the region.
The role included developing and executing the campus recruiting strategy for 23 countries in EMEA by partnering with Dell EMC's USA based programme office. The Dell EMC campus brand has evolved over the year and Dell EMC has now been included in the Top Companies for Graduate to Work at.
Tapuwa is from Zimbabwe and studied at the University of Cape Town. She has nearly 12 years of international graduate recruiting experience with specialities in EMEA and the emerging markets.
Howard Grosvenor, Director of Professional Services, cut-e.
Howard Grosvenor is the Director of Professional Services for cut-e . He develops the infrastructure for a skilled, pragmatic and professional consulting team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of professional practice. Some of his recent projects include: the design and implementation of an online assessment process for a national retail group, including an evaluation of the return on investment of using assessment tools; a business research project to understand key drivers of sales success in a pan-European technology company; assessment process design for a national property development and investment company; and the re-accreditation of cut-e client training packages to new European professional standards.
David Palmer, UK Research Manager, Trendence UK
David Palmer is the UK Research Manager at Trendence UK, a specialist market research company that focuses on helping organisations to effectively reach and recruit university and school students. Prior to joining Trendence UK in 2013, David read English at Exeter College, Oxford.
Ami Varden, Commercial Consultant, Saville Assessment
Prior to joining Saville Assessment, Ami spent two years working in the graduate recruitment space. In her role as Commercial Consultant, Ami combines her client side recruitment experience with a strong business psychology background to work with clients and create the best possible assessment solutions.
Ami has previously presented at AGR events sharing case studies on how graduate recruiters are packaging the perfect assessment process and engaging with a tech-savvy generation.

Nicky Garcea, Co-Founding Director, Chief Customer Officer, Capp
Nicky co-founded Capp along with Alex Linley in 2005. Along with her Board members, she helps to lead the Capp business to deliver on its vision of matching the world to its perfect job. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist by background. Her role at Capp for the last 10 years has been to ensure Capp delivers on its clients promises, that accounts grow and that customers are delighted.
Nicky has helped to grow the Capp business and in particular nurture existing Capp clients. Jamie joined Capp in 2012. His current role is Head of Recruitment Solutions which involves working with a wide range of clients to help design and develop bespoke strengths-based assessment solutions. He has worked with a wide range of clients across multiple sectors including Lloyds Banking Group, AB Inbev and Microsoft. Jamie has a passion for innovation and his most recent work has been to lead the research and development of the world's first virtual reality assessment platform - the Capp VR Assessment Lab.
Victoria Butt, HR Professional, Atomic Weapons Establishment
Victoria is an HR professional with OD and Talent expertise across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail / wholesale, service, oil, gas, utilities and defence. She is particularly interested in how technology can help organisations transform the way they manage and support their people.
Victoria is currently supporting the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) to develop a company-wide Early Careers Programmes and create strategies and solutions to develop and retain 'top talent' and promote Diversity and Inclusion.

Phil Wilson, Fast Stream Chief Psychologist and Chief Assessor, Civil Service Fast Stream and Early Talent
Phil Wilson is the Chief Psychologist and Chief Assessor of the Civil Service Fast Stream - focusing on the design, diversity/social mobility and evaluation of the graduate Fast Stream and apprenticeship Fast Track processes. He also oversees the award winning Summer Diversity Internship Programme, the Early Diversity Internship Programme, Autism Internship Programme and Intern Coaching Programme and other positive action and outreach activities.
Prior to this role, he was Head of Occupational Psychology at the London Fire Brigade, as well as Acting Head of Occupational Psychology for Greater Manchester Police and has also operated as a consultant for a range of industries.
