Last week, speakers and delegates from across the UK arrived at the Hilton Hotel to share the latest thought leadership for recruiting and developing graduates at our 10th Annual Graduate Recruitment and Development Forum.

Including speakers from Barclays, Milkround, Deloitte, Saville Assessment, cut-e, Allen & Overy LLP, the Civil Service, Dell, the Atomic Weapons Establishment and cutting edge data from Trendence UK covering growing and shrinking sectors, and the mind of the graduates of the future, the conference also featured many panel sessions with interesting questions from the audience being answered by the thought leading speakers.

One of the stand out talks came from event sponsors Capp – who presented a look at their revolutionary new recruitment process: in total Virtual Reality. Although details for this project are still under wraps, this will be a huge step in the world of recruitment and will enable recruiters to see the ‘person behind the CV’ during interviews.

Chaired by Jane Campbell, Head of Student Careers at the University of Leeds, the conference was sponsored by cut-e, Targetrecruit, Milkround, Capp, Saville Assessment and TheJobCrowd.
